Product came well packaged, although had one very slightly bent pin. Nothing that caused issue though. This was used for my son's first PC build and he managed fairly well. Instructions could have been a little clearer to show which slots were for which plugs in places, but we managed. Seems to be working well a few weeks later, so pleased so far.
