“Rust packs a graphical punch! To ensure a smooth experience, especially at higher settings, a good graphics card (GPU) is key. I would recommend at least a GeForce RTX 4060 or AMD Radeon RX 7600 (or newer). These mid-range GPUs will deliver great performance in Rust and handle most other modern games without a hitch. If you're on a budget, some older cards might work, but you would need to adjust settings down to medium or low to get good frame rates.”

“Rust can be demanding on your processor (CPU). To avoid stuttering and ensure a good experience, a mid-range processor is a good call, so I'd pick something like an Intel Core i5-12400F or AMD Ryzen 5 5600 (or newer) at a minimum. These CPUs will handle the complexities of Rust and power through most other games. I'd go higher if possible - something like a Core i7-12700 or Ryzen 7 5700X3D would be fantastic!”

“The cost of a Rust-ready PC depends on your desired experience! To play Rust at a decent level, you'll need a PC with a budget of around £800 to £1,000. This will get you something like a Ryzen 5 with an RTX 4060, and will allow you to play the game at 1080p resolution with medium to high settings. For a smoother experience and higher settings, i'd say up to £1,500 is a good amount. You'll be able to get a newer model of CPU like the Ryzen 5 7600, as well as a great GPU like the RTX 4070 or higher, and you'll get great performance with those kind of specs!”
