For many branded products, the manufacturer web site is frequently the best source of information. Please check our list of manufacturer support sites. Many of our branded products can be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
If you are still having problems and the goods are within their warranty period, please contact technical support by creating a support ticket below.
If you then return the item and it is diagnosed as faulty by our technicians we will do our best to send a replacement within 3-5 working days, as long as is in stock.
If it isn't in stock then we will replace it as soon as we can.
If we test it and it isn't faulty, then we will send it back to you, but you will have to pay postage.
