If you want to return an item you bought, you will first need an RMA number. To get one, create a support ticket below:
Once your return has been authorised and you have your RMA number, please make sure the items are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with all their manuals, cables, disks etc. Please note we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged whilst in the post so please make sure you read our packaging pages and send by a trackable courier. We recommend you insure the parcel.
Please note, if products purchased from CCL are found to be returned with illegal software or are faulty due to accident, neglect or misuse you will not be able to return the item to us. We are responsible for reporting any illegal activities to the authorities.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
CCL can not be held liable for any loss of data stored on any product sent for testing. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that data is backed up where possible before returning the product.
