Product FAQs

Most laptops will have a function key (F1, F2, F3, etc.) which when used with the ‘Fn’ key on doubles for a secondary function. It is most commonly a simple case of pressing the ‘Fn’ key and the function key at the top of the keyboard which enables and disables the touchpad.

If this doesn’t solve the problem please contact our technical support department for further assistance.

NOTE: It is possible that if your laptop doesn’t have a function key for this feature it may have a dedicated key or switch in which case consulting the manual should reveal which one enables and disables the touchpad.
