I want to order multiple free delivery items; why am I being charged for postage?

We offer two types of free delivery. For further delivery details please see the delivery menu.

• Economy (5-7 day) delivery
• Next-day free delivery available on selected products and those priced over £50

If you have added a mixture of these two delivery types to your order you can usually only select the Economy option, in order to receive them sooner you would have to pay the delivery charge.

There is a way to get around this though! If you are prepared for a split delivery, you can always place your total order over two - you'll just need to ensure that the items with different free delivery terms are placed on separate orders.
