If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by sending us a support ticket below or by calling Customer Services on 0330 390 4173.

Create Support Ticket

If your order has already shipped, please let us know and then refuse delivery when the courier or postman tries to deliver it. It will then be returned back to us and can be refunded.

If you would like to cancel or return an order within 7 days of receiving it, please contact our returns department by opening a ticket.
