I bought this cooler because the stock cooler in my PC failed after eight years, and it was the cheapest cooler available that supported my CPU socket. My Gigabyte motherboard was not listed as being compatible, but that proved not to be a problem. I thought that there would be a cover over the pre-applied thermal paste, but there was non, and I put my hand in it. I had to order some fresh paste. The "be quiet!" cooler was much larger than the stock cooler, and fitting it in my tower case was tricky. I could not get my fingers down the sides, but accomplished the job with long nosed pliers and the back of an electrical screw driver. The cooler is wonderfully quiet. I keep thinking that my PC has stopped working because it boots silently.

Keeps my CPU cool and doesn't make too much noise

Very pleases with the quality and performance of this cooler. It's little under rated for my 8700K but space was limited. Been running for a month now and tasks that were being throttled due to high temperature (100 degrees C) are now running perfectly peaking around 70C.

Orderedthis fan for my new cpu and motherboard but it did not fit properly and cross threaded one of the screws. Ended up getting another fan which did fit

Slightly finicky to install, but runs smoothly. As an added bonus it came with thermal paste pre-applied.

Bought for a home server running a Ryzen 5 5600G Saw a big drop in temperatures over the AMD cooler, nice and quiet and a lot cheaper than the usual tower coolers. Highly recommended!

Super quiet, keeps temperatures in a good range. The push clips to fit onto an Intel motherboard can be fiddly.

It has really helped my CPU full load temps and is nearly silent.

I recently put this into a home server running Linux and at normal loads it's completely silent.

Great air cooler, would be even better if it included two fans other than one.

Bought this for my socket AM3+ processor and it has to be one of the easiest fans I have fitted. Near silent and tremendous cooling. Absolute bargain. So Please I immediately bought another just in case. Don't hesitate this is superb value and best I have fitted so far.

Clever design allows for a larger heat exchanger and fan which makes very little noise. Looks well made. I found it a bit fiddly to mount it on the AM2 socket. I'm happy with it

I purchased this Pure Rock slim cooler for my new Ryzen 5600x and motherboard which had to fit in a compact case. Cooler was easy to fit and appeared to work well. However in the case, along with rtx 3070ti , too much heat was being generated. Ended up buying a a Base 500 case with large 120 mm be quiet fans. Outcome is a very quiet system and I can't hear the rock cooler under 100% load. Great value and highly recommended. CCL despatched product quickly and Parcel force delivered it quickly.

As can be expected from Be quiet this is a whisper quiet cooler. I have it on a 5600x and my temps are high 60's (we are talking about a CPU that can easily run 90+ degrees as an expected value). Very easy to install as well
