I got this cooler for use with a Ryzen 7 7700. In cinebench, my temperatures got to just under 70 degrees after 10 mins, and that was with only one of the CPU fans installed. It seems to perform very well for the price. My only con would be that the second fan would block the ram as it sits over the top of it. If you have tall ram sticks you will have to raise the CPU fan up to clear the ram. It's not much of an issue overall though. I would recommend as it seems to be a good performer for the price.

30! Great value for such a good cooler. Keeps the temps from my 7800x3d nice and cool and the rgb is vibrant and the fans are really quiet for the cooling it does. A little ram clearance issue but raising the fan up a little sorts that out. Really well packaged and comes with plenty of mounting hardware and enough thermal paste to do the job.
