waste of money doesn't fit into the rack with the rail kit for the case. around 4mm wider when it should be, usage of other rails is not possible because of the way handles are mounted.

My personal review of CCL computers. (Quite happy to take your money Customer care zero) I know this statement sounds a little harsh but let me explain why. I decided to buy my computer server case price 95 from CCL computers they have a very good website and talk about being in business for many years. Anyway let me get to the review. As far as the case goes excellent construction however there were a couple of issues. The first issue is the lock wouldnt lock on the server case. The second issue is that was no pre-drilled hole for one of my mounting points for the motherboard. I contacted CCL computers. I spoke to a gentleman from the sales department. I explained my situation and told him Id been waiting for a response for five days. He then asked me for my ticket number I gave him the ticket number. He tried to look up the ticket number but couldnt find it he then said maybe it was in another account he could not access. He then said maybe they are still dealing with Decembers emails and somebody will get back to me shortly. I said to him its a lot of maybes. I then asked to speak to a manager. I was informed that managers dont take phone calls from customers. So I asked him to speak to somebody that deals with the server cases I was informed that the server case department do not speak to customers. I then asked him who would be willing to speak to me. He then transfer me to presume was a secretary as she didnt know anything about server cases. After giving her my ticket number she told me that somebody was trying to find a lock replacement and somebody would get back to me. I got a one line email saying that somebody was trying to source a lock. I have called today 21 01 2021. Only to be informed that there are no managers available and somebody will get back to me. I bought this server case on 5 January it is now 21 January and I have had nothing but problems including the last couple of days when I start my computer one of the bearings have gone in the fan. I tried to give them ample time to try resolve these problems but they just dont want to seem to deal with customer concerns. Make up your own mind whether to purchase from this company. update 3rd of February 2021. it has now been a month I'm still nobody has got back to me about my complaint absolutely disgusting they ought to be ashamed.
